On behalf of a client, our Land & New Homes Department have successfully completed on the sale of a parcel of land at 106-108 Marfleet Lane, in Hull. The plot, which has long been unused and overgrown, formerly had planning permission for a small residential development of 9 properties. However, the new owners have now secured full planning permission for the erection of a 6 bedroom care home, designed for occupants with learning disabilities.

Andrew Ford, who negotiated the sale of the land, said: “This is another prime example of how Hull continues to undergo further growth and development, following the successes of Hull City of Culture 2017, along with the Siemens project to the east side of the city. We are very happy that this land will now be developed and look forward to seeing the end result, which from the architect’s designs look absolutely fantastic.”

If you are a private individual, company, or corporate body, our successful Land & New Homes arm have a wealth of experience and access to hundreds of retained buyers.
