Land east of 5 Anson Villas, Paull

Land east of 5 Anson Villas, Paull

This parcel of land occupies a riverfront setting, looking out over the Humber Estuary, and has in place outline planning permission for a residential development. The exact building scheme will need to be determined by a "reserved matters" application to the local planning authority, meaning that the layout, design, and scale of the development can be driven by the successful purchaser (of course subject to consents/approvals).

Please download the planning documents via the link in this brochure, however please note these are not exhaustive of all information and prospective purchasers should visit the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Public Access website and use reference no: 18/03322/OUT

Paull is a village forming part of the East Riding of Yorkshire, yet situated only 6.5 miles from Hull city centre. Fort Paull, a former gun battery, is now a local heritage museum displaying the area's military history. Also, the Paull Holme Strays Nature reserve is a short distance away, meaning the area is now a tranquil setting ideal for those who love wildlife and the outdoors. A glass-panelled flood wall, which on installation in 2018 was said to be the longest of its kind in Britain, now fills a large proportion of the village's frontage, and a brand new village hall has also been constructed in recent years.
